The course content is delivered via prerecorded lessons and live lectures. Every Saturday at 9 am central time, new prerecorded lessons and reading materials are available online for course participants. A 2-hour live lecture via video conferencing occurs every Monday evening from 7 pm until 9 pm central time. A 2-hour live Question & Answer (Q&A) session via video conferencing occurs every Thursday evening from 7 pm until 9 pm central time.
